This program is built only for the undergraduate/ postgraduate students who would like to be the part of TheContractum team as a part-time basis in the Young Talent Development Program. It is a 6-12 month young talent development program designed to groom young talent from identified colleges across India or all around the world. The program provides focused training and capability building approach in shaping the careers of young business professionals at early stages and creating better futures every day in the various domains.

Post 12 month training the trainees are offered accelerated career advancement opportunities within the organization purely based on their performance.
